Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using www.angelxdevil.com (“the site”) or the ContentMod application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site or application.
About this site and application
The site is the personal publication of the “Angel x Devil” creator project. It hosts links to original video content distributed on third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and merchandise associated with that content.
ContentMod is a desktop application designed for the operator’s own use to schedule and publish that creator’s content across the platforms named above. It is not offered as a public service.
Use of the site
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its hosting infrastructure;
- Use automated scrapers or crawlers in a way that materially burdens the site;
- Use the site to transmit malicious code or harmful content;
- Use the contact form to send spam, harassment, or unlawful content.
Intellectual property
All video content, graphics, merchandise designs, and written copy on the site are owned by the operator or used with permission. You may share links freely. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit content from the site without prior written permission.
The Angel x Devil name and the ContentMod name, with any associated logos, are the property of the operator.
Third-party platforms
The site embeds and links to content hosted on third-party platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or content of external sites.
Merchandise
Merchandise displayed on the site may be fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand or storefront providers. Purchases are made directly with those providers under their own terms of sale, refund, and shipping policies. We do not process payments on this site.
ContentMod application
ContentMod is provided to its sole authorized user as a personal tool. By using ContentMod the operator agrees:
- To comply with the terms of service of every third-party platform ContentMod connects to;
- That OAuth tokens granted to ContentMod authorize the application only to perform actions the operator explicitly initiates;
- That ContentMod access may be revoked at any time via the application’s Settings panel or the platform’s connected-apps page;
- That ContentMod is provided as-is, without warranty, and the operator is responsible for content published through it.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and the ContentMod application are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with use of the site or the ContentMod application.
Changes
We may revise these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
